Monterrey Grill Updates its Restaurant Seating Layout with New Commercial Furniture

Just when you thought dining couldn't get any more exciting, Monterrey Grill in Monroe, LA has added new tricks to make every meal a memorable experience. Owner Mario Mata launched Monterrey Grill last July, and though he’s still building his brand, he’s already making waves in the local restaurant scene. According to Monterrey’s manager, Julie McCarthy, the restaurant décor includes ample floor space with the purpose of creating an environment for people to dine and socialize. Mata says that many of the dishes, especially the popular Trash Nachos appetizer, were made for the purpose of encouraging snacking and sharing among guests. Dessert at Monterrey is also a production that people rave over. Smores is unanimously voted as a favorite among customers. This dish is presented with a mini fire pit, graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows. There is also an adult version of this dessert which features a mix of vodka, Bailey’s Irish cream, and chocolate – for additional fun. More serious foodies can enjoy Monterrey’s range of smoked meats, from brisket, sausage, and chicken to ribs with pork belly fries and a selection of burgers served with salad.

The live music performances and other entertainment options it hosts are an added attraction. As Monterrey continues to pave its path for success, Mata and his management staff wanted to upgrade the restaurant’s seating layout with new commercial furniture that is resistant to heavy use in high-traffic venues.
