Monterrey Grill Updates its Restaurant Seating Layout with New Commercial Furniture

Just when you thought fun couldn’t be more fun, Monterrey Grill has new tricks up its sleeve. This Mexican grill in Monroe LA is turning lunch and dinner into a dining experience that patrons want to relive with jaw dropping and lip smacking dishes. Owner Mario Mata launched Monterrey Grill last July but is still building his success in the restaurant industry in Monroe. Monroe is a city with many opportunities to start a business which is why Mata purposely chose this location for Monterrey. He felt the city has given him a lot in the way of taking Mexican cuisine to a whole new level and giving patrons to appreciate and savor. Monterrey is a spacious restaurant that has recently expanded its bar section with a stage, additional seating options and even includes a banquet area for social events.

According to Monterrey’s manager Julie McCarthy, the restaurant décor includes amble amount of floor space with the purpose of creating an environment for people to dine and socialize. Mata says that many of the dishes, especially the popular Trash Nachos appetizer were made for the purpose of encouraging snacking and sharing among guests. Dessert at Monterrey is also a production that people rave over. Smores is unanimously voted as a favorite among customers. This dish is presented with a mini fire pit, graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows. There is also an adult version of this dessert which features a mix of vodka, Bailey’s Irish cream and chocolate – for additional fun. More serious foodies can enjoy Monterrey’s range of smoked meats from brisket, sausage, and chicken to ribs with pork belly fries and a selection of burgers served with salad.

The live music performances and other entertainment options it hosts are an added attraction. As the restaurant continues to grow, there is more room for family-friendly comedy shows, trivia nights and a dinner theater are what makes Monterrey a fun place to visit. As Monterrey continues to pave its path for success, Mata and his management staff wanted to upgrade Monterrey’s restaurant seating layout with new commercial furniture that is resistant to heavy use in high traffic venues.
