Handcrafted in the USA, it features customizable lengths, shapes, and heights, with a wide selection of premium vinyl and fabric upholstery that can be individually specified for the seat and back. Optional details include head rolls, welt cords, crumb strips, and wood or laminate top and end caps. Its reinforced frame combines 1/2" structural plywood, 2x4 lumber supports, CNC-cut struts, and corner blocks secured with glued and nailed connections. Sinuous no-sag springs installed on 6" centers support a flex pad layer for even weight distribution, while high-density commercial-grade foam provides supportive cushioning for frequent use.
