There are also three shopping centers within a short walking distance. The surrounding area is a pastoral setting with large, open lawns and ample parking. The retirement village has a large dining room where meals are served daily and is also used to host other events for the residents. The interior design features modern decor with bright, calming colors and contemporary paintings on the walls. Large windows allow plenty of natural sunlight to brighten the room and plants on every table add a fresh touch. Freedom village ordered Louis aluminum arm chairs with padded seats and backs upholstered in light blue vinyl. The soothing light blue tone also matches the carpeting which has a light garden pattern.
